Millions of young people are losing faith in government, politics and in many cases - the American dream.

A Metaphorical Crossroad
In the pursuit of higher education, a crossroad may seem to appear at which social consciousness and public interests are tracked in the opposite direction of career and financial success.
Admittedly corporate and government misconduct are natural concerns for people with families, careers, businesses, and/or homes. But fewer young people may enjoy these privileges, or enjoy them as intensely as they otherwise would, unless post-secondary students help curb their loss.
In the mid to late 1960s, college and university campuses were abuzz with anti-war and anti-bigotry messages. The urgent civil rights movement of our time seeks to protect “Truth Tellers” or whistleblowers; those able and willing to expose liberty threatening waste, fraud, and abuse.
Drum Majors for Truth® (DM4T) recognize that opportunities – their opportunities – are substantially lost through unchecked waste, fraud, and abuse. They accordingly form a youthful frontline for America’s new, critical civil rights movement. They seek local, state, and particularly federal legislation to effectively protect public and private sector whistleblowers from unlawful retaliation.
A particularly troubling and consistent finding throughout the survey is that Wall Street’s future leaders – the young professionals who will one day assume control of the trillions of dollars that the industry manages — have lost their moral compass, accept corporate wrongdoing as a necessary evil and fear reporting this misconduct.

DM4T connects you to whistleblowing and free speech as effective vehicles to make a difference; and to a network so all Americans can hear the voices and warnings that help keep us from being blindsided by secret abuses of power. We invite you to join some of America's most effective anti-corruption advocates including Frank Serpico, Daniel Ellsberg of "Pentagon Papers", and DM4T's former Program Director, acclaimed Peanut Corp. of America whistleblower, Kenneth Kendrick.
